Cake Menu


The flavours I offer have come from years of taste testing, recipe tweaking, feedback noting and combination experimenting! Choose from my pre-designed favourites, or pick your own from the a la carte. 


I am very particular about my ingredients - for good reason, as it really does make a difference to taste. I use premium cake flour, pure British butter, Belgian chocolate, real vanilla and real fruit for flavouring, for example. If I can support other small businesses I will, and I shop locally as much as possible. I make all of my caramel, curds and compotes myself. 

I use Swiss meringue buttercream between layers, but, the outside of the cake will be covered in American buttercream or white chocolate ganache for structure.

I bake in a non-commercial kitchen, where all allergens are used. This means I can't guarantee there won't be any traces of any ingredient/allergen, sorry!

Cake flavours


Raspberry ripple 

Fluffy vanilla sponge, studded with raspberries, layered with raspberry Swiss meringue buttercream and white chocolate ganache.


Chocolate caramel

Chocolate fudge sponge, Biscoff Swiss meringue buttercream, salted caramel sauce.


Persian love cake

Spiced almond caramel cake, rose Swiss meringue buttercream, pistachio ganache. 



Almond sponge, almond Swiss meringue buttercream, cherry compote



Espresso drizzled vanilla sponge layered with vanilla bean Swiss meringue buttercream and chocolate ganache.


Lemon meringue

Tangy lemon sponge, vanilla bean buttercream, lemon curd



Chocolate fudge sponge, peanut butter ganache buttercream, caramelised white chocolate crumble



Chocolate fudge sponge, chocolate hazelnut Swiss meringue buttercream, Nutella swirl.

I want to say a massive massive thank you for our cake, it was sensational! Not only did it taste awesome, it looked it too, you are so talented! It definitely exceeded our expectations (we knew it was going to be good but my god it was THE best cake ever). Everyone that tried the cake said how amazing it was and wanted to know who made it.
